Our on the day coordinator service is perfect for marquees or venues whom' do not include a Wedding or Events planner  

as part of their package.


Each event is tailor designed to our clients individual needs. 

Prices start from £500 with Natasha, and an additional £200 for an extra member of staff if required. 




We hired Natasha to co-ordinate our wedding day

and from our first contact to the day itself, Natasha was absolutely fantastic!

I felt that she really got the "vision" of our day and was always more than happy to provide suggestions whether it was about decorations or the running order of the day.

Having never planned a wedding before myself this was invaluable!


She was always happy to chat or message in the run-up to the day to provide support and advice and I really felt that she went above and beyond throughout.

She offered some great advice when it came to suppliers and she was always happy to lend an ear,

even for a rant about the mother in law!

On the day itself, we didn't even notice that she was there (in a good way) and she just blended herself in with the guests making sure everybody was happy and having a good time.

We held our Wedding reception at our home and had hired a marquee, caterer, waiting staff and bar/bar staff - Natasha introduced herself to them all beforehand and really took charge on the day to ensure that everything ran smoothly - which it really did.

She even found my handbag and flip flops for me when the heels got too much!

I am in no doubt that Natasha did everything she could do make sure we had the best Wedding reception possible - from arriving to the venue beforehand to check everything was set up OK to cutting up the cake, to pouring drinks when needed -

she isn't afraid to roll up her sleeves and muck in.
If I was to host any parties or events in the future I would absolutely want to work with Natasha again!
