Our Bespoke design service is perfect for clients who want expert help in bringing their own personal vision to life, creating a design that truly reflects them. You also have the added bonus of not having to worry about dressing your venue on the day and clearing away after.
Our full service includes; Initial and final consultation, bespoke design plan, delivery set up and break down, all administration, as well as liaison with the venue and other suppliers where necessary.
*Our minimum booking requirement for this service is £700.00
Please note; This does not include any one use items, for example; balloons, real candles to burn and personalised pieces.
Such items are considered extras.

Pre Consultation Message
With most of our enquiries we ask where possible that you set up a wattsap group with yourself, your partner and me (Natasha) . Here I will ask you to send over any images that you may have of what you'd like your day to look like and photos of any items that you may interested in from our website. It would also be handy to know your venue, how many day guests you think will be attending and a list of items you're looking to discuss. For example; table centre pieces, table plan, chair covers and so on, this gives us a head start in understanding your requirements, ready for our next step....
Once we have received your images and details, we will gather your information and arrange a convenient time to give you a call. Here we will go over your requirements in a little more detail and answer any questions you may have.
Free Initial Meeting Consultation
We love meeting our clients for the first time, as every person is unique with their own story to tell and we can't wait to work with you, to show off yours.
We do prefer to meet at your venue if possible, even if we have decorated it before. This allows us view the space together and make sure we have covered all the areas that you would like to decorate.
If you have a Pinterest board or even your own mood board/wedding book, or any fabrics/colour samples of your scheme, please do feel free to bring them along on the day.
During your consultation, we will take the time to get to know you more personally. We will ask about your likes, dislikes, any worries you may have and your over all dream vision for your event.
Please don't stress if you haven't got all the answers just yet, our aim is to help you by offering our expert advise and style guidance, based on what we have learned about you and also what we believe will work best at your chosen venue.
Using all the information we gathered from our first meeting, The Event Designer will have their creative minds bursting with ideas as we get excited about piecing together your very own personal and bespoke design.
Once we have put together your design plan, we will email this over to you with a detailed quote, usually within 1 week of our initial consultation. Please feel free to come back with any questions you may have and arrange a phone call to discuss the design in more detail.
As soon as we have received confirmation that you are happy with the design proposal, we will send you an invoice, requesting your booking fee to be paid, so that we can secure your date for you.
Around 4 -6 weeks before your event date, we will meet again to go over any last minute details and to make any tweaks if necessary.
We will then organise delivery times directly with your venue and will liaise with your other suppliers wherever needed.
You can feel safe and relaxed in the knowledge, that The Event Designer have everything under control.
Time To Celebrate
On the morning of your event or the day before if agreed with your venue, we will arrive bright and early to set up your bespoke design, bringing your dream vision to life.
Then when you're all curled up reminiscing about the amazing memories made on such a special day, we will of course be back to clear everything away.
SMALLER BESPOKE DESIGNS
If you just require some smaller personalised items such as table plan or welcome to our wedding sign, we are able to offer to this service via collection or delivery.
