Our Bespoke design service is perfect for clients who want expert help in bringing their own personal vision to life, creating a design that truly reflects them. You also have the added bonus of not having to worry about dressing your venue on the day and clearing away after. 

 

Our full service includes; Initial and final consultation, bespoke design plan, all administration including emails, phone calls & quotes, as well as liaison with the venue & other suppliers where necessary.  

Also included is the loading, delivery, full venue dressing on the day & collection & break down the evening of or morning after your event.

Pre Consultation Questionnaire  

With all our enquiries we ask that everyone fills out our pre consultation questionnaire. Here you will be asked to provide a few details regarding your event. This helps us to have a head start in understanding your requirements & visualising what you are wanting to achieve. 

Phone Consultation

Once we have received your pre-consultation questionnaire, we will gather your information and arrange a convenient time to give you a call.  Here we will go over your event requirements in a little more detail & answer any questions you may have.  

Free Initial Meeting Consultation

We love meeting our clients for the first time, as every person is unique with their own story to tell and we can't wait to work with you, to show off yours. 

We do prefer to meet at your venue if possible, even if we have decorated it before. This allows us view the space together and make sure we have covered all the areas for discussion, that you would like to decorate. 

If you have a Pinterest board or even your own mood board/wedding book,  or any fabrics/colour samples of your scheme, please do feel free to bring them along on the day. 

 

During your consultation, we will take the time to get to know you more personally. We will ask about  your likes, dislikes, any worries you may have & your over all dream vision for your event. 

 

Please don't stress if you haven't got all the answers just yet, our aim is to help you by offering our expert advise & style guidance, based on what we have learned about you & also what we believe will work best at your chosen venue. 

Event Design

Using all the information we gathered from our first meeting, The Event Designer will have their creative minds bursting with ideas as we get excited about piecing together your very own personal & bespoke design.

 

Once we have put together your design plan, we will email this over to you with a detailed quote, usually within 1-2 weeks of our initial consultation. Please feel free to come back with any questions you may have & arrange a phone call to discuss the design in more detail. 

 

As soon as we have received confirmation that you are happy with the design proposal, we will send you an invoice, requesting your booking fee to be paid, so that we can secure your date for you. 

Nearly There

Around 4 -6 weeks before your event date, we will meet again to go over any last minute details and to make any tweaks if necessary. 

 

We will then organise delivery times directly with your venue and will liaise with your other suppliers wherever needed. You can feel safe and relaxed in the knowledge, that The Event Designer have everything under control. 

Time To Celebrate 

On the morning of your event or the day before if agreed with your venue, we will arrive bright & early to set up your bespoke design, bringing your dream vision to life. 

Then when you're all curled up reminiscing about the amazing memories made on such a special day, we will of course be back to clear everything away. 

Partial Venue styling & Decor Hire

If are looking for just a couple special pieces to add your event, chair covers, centre pieces or table runners for example, with or without our help to set up on the day or clear away after, then our partial venue styling and DIY Decor hire options are the perfect option. 

Just let us know what you need and we'll either deliver it to your venue and set it up or we can arrange for you to collect it from us and you do it yourself.
